The sunset ablaze, pinky red

paling to knotted mesh

before it drops

inside, my personal drama overlaps

into the nether world
mysteriously

why??
why do I ponder with
 the wine I like? large

i try to keep dawn from breaking
i thwart complicated reflection
i'm left with defeated writhing
at the feet of casual brutality
